Senself is an emotional intelligence app. Not a mood tracker, not a journal, not a chatbot. It's a daily practice that uses AI to ask questions you wouldn't think to ask yourself — and learns your emotional patterns over time.

The name comes from two words: sense and self. Sensing yourself is the skill most people think they already have — until they try to do it deliberately.

The app was built by Max, a developer whose therapist told him he doesn't have a developed inner world. Two days of structured check-ins later, he realized he's not bad at feeling — he's a visual thinker. He processes through images and patterns, not body sensations. The assessment was wrong because it assumed everyone processes the same way.

That's what Senself fixes. The AI assessment detects how you process — visual, somatic, verbal, or analytical — and adapts everything downstream. The questions, the reflections, the pattern detection. Built for your mind, not a generic one.
